Anne DUREUIL
Anne has been a tax attorney since 2012 and advises companies and their executives on various aspects of taxation.
She provides expertise on specific tax issues related to corporate income tax, VAT, and local taxes, as well as in the context of tax reviews, and assists clients during tax audits and litigation.
Her expertise in corporate taxation enables her to assist with due diligence, the structuring of corporate transactions, and LBOs, particularly in connection with acquisitions, divestitures, financing, and post-acquisition reorganizations. Anne has expertise in real estate taxation.
His areas of expertise also include taxation for executives and managers, as well as estate and personal taxation (income tax and real estate wealth tax).
Before joining STEMM as a partner, Anne spent more than 10 years working at international and national multidisciplinary firms, first in Paris and then in Lyon, where she gained extensive experience in corporate taxation.
Anne works in French and English.
Anne finds balance outside the office by exploring new horizons on her travels and sharing precious moments with her loved ones. Her passion for theater and dance is a constant source of inspiration and enjoyment.
