Audrey REGARD
A member of the Lyon Bar since 2012, Audrey practiced for several years at an international law firm and then at leading French law firms specializing in business succession.
Audrey has developed extensive expertise in tax structuring, particularly in transaction tax matters related to acquisitions, divestitures, refinancing, and corporate restructuring.
Audrey also provides advice on personal tax matters.
Seeking to strengthen her connection with companies’ day-to-day operations, Audrey has refocused her professional activities on assisting an investment holding company with structuring its equity investments.
Committed to a modern and unique approach to the legal profession, Audrey was drawn to STEMM’s dynamism and entrepreneurial spirit to support business leaders during pivotal moments in their entrepreneurial journeys.
Audrey holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and Taxation (DJCE) from Jean Moulin Lyon III University and a certificate of specialization in taxation. She is a member of the Institute of Tax Lawyers (IACF).
