Aurélie CAUTENET
With a practice focused exclusively on public business law, Aurélie assists, advises, and represents you in all matters related to administrative actions and the regulations governing them.
In particular, she handles disputes involving establishments open to the public (legislation governing such establishments, administrative closures, etc.), as well as cases related to urban planning (planning permits, audits, commercial development, ), public contracts (calls for proposals, construction concessions, grants, etc.), or public property rights (temporary occupancy permits, public property occupancy agreements, etc.).
Aurélie also practices public sector law (staff transfers, career management) and law governing regulated professions.
After earning a Master’s degree in General Public Law from Jean Moulin Lyon III University and a Master’s degree in Law and Governance of Local Authorities, she began her career as a lawyer in a law firm. She then decided to work more closely with her clients by establishing her own practice, before joining the firm Stemm Avocats as a partner.
If she hadn't become a lawyer, Aurélie would undoubtedly have pursued a career in the film industry, which she studied for several years.
