Switchboard Operator – Office Management
Camélia plays a central role in the day-to-day operations of the firm. She is your primary point of contact, handling both reception duties—whether in person or by phone—and fostering team cohesion by cultivating a harmonious work environment. In addition to managing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations, her daily goal is to provide genuine support, ensuring that every organizational detail contributes to the success of our projects.
With a bachelor’s degree in psychology, she has developed a unique sensitivity that enriches her interactions within the practice. Her experience in the civil service has enabled her to develop strong skills in administrative management and communication, thereby optimizing operational efficiency.
Outside the firm, Camélia is involved in the arts and wellness, which enhances her ability to approach situations with sensitivity and creativity and fosters an environment that benefits both clients and firm members.
