After six years at leading business law firms, Gibril Douibi founded his own firm and then joined STEMM Avocats with the aim of providing high-value-added legal services.
Specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity, Gibril Douibi provides tailored support to companies at every key stage of their journey, from formation to special transactions (long-term financing, external growth, etc.). He also advises investors and shareholders on the structuring and execution of their leveraged buyouts and equity investments.
With more than sixty transactions under his belt, Gibril Douibi has a thorough understanding of market practices in the fields of investment and external growth.
A graduate of the University of Lyon III and EM Lyon, he takes a pragmatic and cross-functional approach to his cases, drawing on the full range of legal and financial expertise specific to mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
