Nour OURHALMI
Nour assists with the drafting of all documents related to legal administration, particularly during the financial statement approval process. She also handles the submission of files and monitors compliance with formalities with all relevant authorities. She has developed specialized expertise in handling sensitive legal matters, particularly regarding the transfer of liquor licenses and disciplinary proceedings.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Careers from the IUT at Jean Moulin Lyon III University, Nour joined the firm in September 2022 as a legal assistant on a work-study program, continuing her academic studies while gaining practical professional experience.
With a passion for both business law and sports—particularly taekwondo, which she has been practicing at a club for over 10 years—Nour has developed a determination and resilience that are invaluable to her in carrying out her professional responsibilities today.
