Philippe PACHOUD
After starting his career at law firms specializing in labor law (Fromont-Briens, Fidal, Aguera) and founding his own firm in 2006, Philippe joined STEMM Avocats when it was established to offer his expertise in labor law to its clients.
He will assist you at every stage of your relationship with your employees, from hiring to termination of employment, and will support you in your collective relations with employee representative bodies and labor unions.
Philippe works with clients across a wide range of industries (including manufacturing, transportation, real estate, retail, and hospitality) and business types (such as individuals, nonprofit organizations, microbusinesses, and small and medium-sized enterprises).
With over 25 years of professional experience and a commitment to consistently providing the support and responsiveness his clients expect, Philippe ensures that he offers them tailored and practical solutions, with a particular focus on service quality, attentive listening, and the responsiveness that is essential in this field.
