Quentin-Alexandre BRIGAUD

A member of the Lyon Bar, Quentin-Alexandre has been advising French and foreign companies on their operations in France and abroad for over fifteen years. After several years at PwC Tax & Legal, he founded the firm Lumières & Associé, which specializes in advising international groups, holding companies, and SMEs on corporate law, commercial contracts, and cross-border structuring.
His practice covers a wide range of business law matters: corporate formation and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, joint ventures, and the drafting of complex contracts (service agreements, distribution agreements, technology partnerships, licensing agreements, etc.). Quentin-Alexandre regularly advises on compliance issues and international expansion, particularly in Europe and North America.
With extensive international experience and a background in both French and Anglo-Saxon legal systems, he offers his expertise to executives and investors, focusing on a pragmatic approach geared toward practical solutions.
He holds an LL.M. in International and European Business Law from the University of Amsterdam and a Master 2 in Business Law from Jean Moulin Lyon III University, and is also registered as a Foreign Legal Consultant in Massachusetts. He divides his time between Lyon and Boston and practices in both French and English.
