Séverine GUYENON
Séverine Guyenon is an attorney specializing in corporate law, contracts, and intellectual property, offering comprehensive support at every stage of your business’s development. She brings cross-functional expertise in business law, covering both routine and special transactions involving your companies, the safeguarding of your contractual relationships, and the protection of your intellectual property.
With a Master’s degree in business law, a Master’s degree in intellectual property and new technologies, and the Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession (CAPA), Séverine has built a solid academic foundation. She has enriched her professional experience by working at a business law firm specializing in corporate law while continuing her studies. She also gained significant experience in the legal department at BioMérieux before joining the firm QUORUM AVOCATS, now STEMM, in 2022.
A lifelong rider, Séverine trains daily and competes in numerous show jumping events. She combines her legal expertise with her passion by advising various stakeholders in the equestrian community.
